Mosaic uses Piano training to identify with students intrapersonal and interpersonal social emotions
skills. We incorporate culturally responsive music diversity to display how emotions are shown and felt in
one’s body as an individual and group. The classes offered are to promote technique while valuing
oneself, cooperation and provide opportunities for relationship developing skills and cultural social
awareness to empower both boys and girls to express an array of potential hidden emotions. Students
will be given tools to unleash their creativity musically and be able to participate in giving ideas and self-
managing to bolster self-esteem while reducing anxiety.
Whether you want to play for enjoyment, school plays, or auditions, our teachers will help you reach your full potential by being able to induce emotions,
which will boost not only mood, but also a sense of purpose, while alleviating feelings of stress and
depression. Piano lessons and practice sessions also support memory development, hand-eye
coordination, and fine motor skills.

Malaika Osborne (Grace) serves as President for the non-profit board, Borne to Create. After starting a family and graduating from college Grace opened a Family Child Care Home, Bubbly Babies and first dance company entitled “Don’t Stop Dance Studio” where she began to share her passion for dance. After 15 years of owning and operating two separate businesses Grace decided to infuse the two businesses and create one so Grace as the owner and director of Bubbly Babies Family Child Care Home transitioned her Child Care Home to include the Performing Arts now named Mosaic School of Integrated Arts and has been operating this business for the last 6 years. During this time Grace formed Borne to Create a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization designed to be responsive to the needs of each student by embracing social emotional learning, an open and free-spirited nature of imagination and curiosity through integration of visual and performing arts. Today, Grace is the owner and Director of Mosaic School of Integrated Arts, Master Choreographer and dance leader for Center of Praise Ministries and Artistic Director for Images Theatre Company. As well as organizing and hosting her own recitals for Mosaic, Grace has choreographed and danced in Images “We Come from Greatness” and “Legacy 2.0” play which received high reviews.
